Working Principle

 

 

1. The sewage enters the rotary filter through the water inlet and is distributed above the filter screen.
2.Under the action of gravity, suspended solids and solid particles gradually deposit and accumulate on the filter screen. Most particles will stay on the filter screen.
3.Clear water passes through the holes on the filter screen and is discharged from the drainage outlet at the bottom of the filter screen, while suspended solids and solid particles remain above the filter screen.
4.When the particles on the filter screen accumulate to a certain extent, the rotary table will automatically rotate or manually rotate by the operator to remove the particles that have accumulated on the filter screen. This can be cleaned using methods such as a scraper or water jet.
5.The cleaning solution flushes away the particles on the filter screen and discharges them from the system through the drainage port.
