In the wastewater treatment plant, bar screen is installed ahead of influent pump.
It is part of the primary filtration flow.

1.The steel bars goes rotation motion.
2.It captures waste in water when bars going up.
3.Waste falling down when bars going down on the other side of machine.
4.The waste sticking on the bars can be cleaned by rubber brush.
We also equipped with overload protection system, when overload, the protection spring push down and shut down the motor, then the machine will stop working.
