QK-QB submersible aerator is widely used in municipal sewage treatment plant and industrial wastewater treatment plant, like paper mill wastewater treatment, petroleum & chemical industrial wastewater treatment plant, etc.

Working principle 

The pressure air supplied by the blower is sent to the rotor through a movable air pipeline, which is crushed into small bubbles under the high-speed action of the rotor.

The bubbles and surrounding water are strongly mixed and radiate in a wavy curve under the action of the rotor.

The stator channel can ensure that the water air mixture is evenly distributed in the aeration tank with different shapes and structures.

At the same time, the strong turbulence generated by the rotor ensures the ideal oxygen transfer effect, continuously driving the water in the tank Efficient mixing of gas and activated sludge to achieve satisfactory decontamination results.
