Product Description

Waste incinerator is a kind of harmless treatment equipment commonly used in various domestic garbage, industrial waste, medical waste, animal carcasses, etc. Its principle is to use fuel oil, gas and other fuels to incinerate and carbonize the objects to be treated at high temperature, so as to achieve the purpose of disinfection treatment.

 

Application:
Industrial waste (polymer waste): plastic PE, PU, rubber (tyre), fiber, foam, cloth, resin, acrylic, leather, cowhide, paint, polymer, etc.
Medical waste: syringes, gloves, tapes, gauze, blood vessels, organs and other infectious waste.
Dead animals: dead pigs, cattle and sheep, dead chickens, ducks and geese, pet dogs, pet cats, etc.
Household waste: community waste, rural waste, kitchen waste, cardboard, paper scraps, wood chips, leaves, etc.
Special waste: waste oil, waste solvent, sludge, dust pool, paint residue, mold filter residue, etc.

Features:
1. There will be no smoke, no smell and no pollution after the waste is burned.
2. The operation is simple, the maintenance is convenient, the equipment can run continuously, safe and reliable, with automatic ignition and diesel combustion.
3. Furnace inner pressure: negative pressure design, no backfire .
4. Design life: The incinerator can meet the needs of all-weather operation, and can run continuously and intermittently. The annual operation time is not less than 8000 hours, and the design life is more than 10 years.
5. The shell of the furnace body is made of steel, the inner wall is made of refractory casting materials of different properties, the inner layer is made of high temperature resistant casting materials, which can withstand high temperatures of 1790°C, and the middle is made of light refractory materials, which can ensure sufficient internal combustion temperature. It can also keep the shell at a low temperature to prevent burns. The refractory material is integrally cast, which is not easy to fall off and corrode.
