The bar screen is an efficient and reliable sewage treatment equipment, widely used in water conservancy, municipal, industrial, hospital and other fields.

This equipment adopts grid technology, which can effectively screen, separate, and remove solid waste and impurities in sewage.

 

The bar screen is mainly composed of a bar screen, a conveyor, a compressor, and a control system.

After pre-treatment, the sewage enters the bar screen section. 

Solid waste and impurities in the sewage are filtered out by the bar screen, and only substances such as water, dissolved organic matter, and microorganisms enter the next conveyor section.

The conveyor section sends sewage to the compressor section, which compresses the sludge and outputs it to the sludge tank, achieving the goal of reducing sludge volume and drying.

The control system of the bar screen can automatically monitor and regulate the operating status of the equipment, ensuring efficient and stable operation of the equipment.
