Biogas System
QK-IC Anaerobic reactor consist of two up flow anaerobic sludge blanket(UASB).Wastewater flows upwards though fluidized reactor and is degrade by anaerobic microorganisms, Methane is produced here and captured by a gas skirt and lift to air-liquid separator on the top of reactor,After separate from liquid, methane will be collected for further usage. The separated liquid back flow to the bottom which develop into a internal recycle. The effluent from primary UASB which has a much reduced BOD concentration need to be treated further by secondary UASB.The effluent from secondary UASB will be settle down in clarifier section before discharge.
a. Inlet wastewater flow into IC anaerobic reactor and mix with granular anaerobic biomass in water distributor;
b. Anaerobic biomass mainly works here, convert organic components into biogas(methane);
c. Biogas is collected in lower phase separator, generating a biogas lift;
d. Together with biogas, wastewater flows up in riser;
e. Biogas leaves the reactor in liquid/gas separator;
f. Water flowing down into distribution system, which is a whole internal circulation;
g. The outlet water is polished in second, upper compartment;
h. Biogas from the second compartment is collected in the upper phase separator;
i. Treated water exits the reactor
j. Biogas is collected.
